Consumers are now used to buying three of everything knowing they can easily return what they don’t need. In the end, you are right - we need more mindful consumption and not treatments for the symptoms.

Returns is for sure a big problem. A few years ago I thought about how the virtual fitting room could be one way to improve this issue
